Arcticlume AB ("Arcticlume", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we process personal data when you visit arcticlume.com and subscribe to our newsletter.

2. Data we collect
When you subscribe we collect your name, email address and a timestamped consent. When you visit the site we collect technical data such as IP address, browser type and aggregated visit patterns.
3. Purposes and legal basis
Data is processed to send the newsletter (consent), measure aggregated reader interest (legitimate interest) and fulfil legal obligations under the Swedish Bookkeeping Act and tax legislation.
4. Retention
Subscription data is kept while you are registered, and no longer than 36 months after the last mailing. Accounting data is kept for seven years as required by law.
5. Recipients and transfers
We only share data with processors within the EU/EEA, including our email provider. No data is transferred to third countries without an adequate protection level.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Contact privacy@arcticlume.com. You may always lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
7. Security
Arcticlume follows ISO 27001-inspired routines, encrypted traffic (TLS 1.3) and two-factor authentication for the editorial team.
8. Changes to the policy
We may update the policy. For material changes we notify subscribers at least 30 days in advance.
